A member of the Sawarabi Family, a branch family of the Niounomiya Troupe, and the eldest of the Sawarabi siblings. He has a vendetta against the Zerozaki Clan. His weapon of choice is a sword.
Hawatari is calm and serious, being the quiet sibling. He pretends that he doesn't need family; but, in actuality, cares about them a lot.
He wishes to avenge his sister's death by killing all the Zerozaki Clan members.
Hawatari is the older twin brother of Naguma Sawarabi. They are able to swap places to confuse their enemies.
