Spice - Shokugeki no Soma
This outro is just beautiful. Plus there was also that one memorable scene where Erina hums this which was amazing.

The EDs for Squid Girl Season 1 & Season 2 are great. Ace Attorney Season 2 ED 2 is absolutely fantastic.

But I think my favourite would be Re:Zero ED 2, "Stay Alive", because of how powerful it is. Rei Takahashi is has such a beautiful voice.

choosing one or two is very hard. i tend to prefer EDs to OPs most of the time, and i know of at least 20 or so that are just amazing, like katanagatari, mp100, fmab, g gundam, demon slayer, promised neverland... the list goes on and on.
