Favorite Anime/Manga Weapon (Anime Like Video Games Also Acceptable)

Found out there isn't a thread like this. So was curious what everyone's favorite weapons are.

What Classifies as a weapon to me is something equipped to a character.
Armor, clothing or jewelry can also be considered a weapon.
MECHS DO NOT COUNT.

If possible, please explain the weapon's powers and abilities, the wielder and why its your favorite.

My Example/Favorite:
Mugenjin (Meaning Unlimited Blade) wielded by Shishio Makoto from Rourouni Kenshin

Revered to be the opposite of Kenshin's reverse blade that was made not to kill. Mugenjin's purpose is to cut and kill it’s targets easier. Made like a saw with tiny teeth at the blade to never lose its sharpness and edge. Can even ignite ablaze due to the oils it absorbs from the amount of people it has killed. A complete badass weapon.

Nenekirimaru from Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan

It's a sword that can only kill yokai, but depending on the user, might be able to break through steel. I favor this sword mostly because it's wielded by my favorite character, Rikuo, and his Dad and Granddad, and because it just looks cool in General.

  Yeah. The first season is mostly focused on comedy and exposition. The second season is where the story really gets the viewers' attention.

Soul Solid(Shikomizue/Cane Sword)From One Piece

Additionally, Brook is able to enhance its power by enveloping the blade with his soul using his Devil Fruit ability.
The energy of Brook's(User) soul brings the "very cold of the underworld into this world", resulting in the sword being freezing cold. Due to this feature, Brook gave it the epithet of "Freezing Sword". He would utilize this enhanced blade with his graceful swordsmanship.

This thread wouldn't be complete without the Dragon Slayer from Berserk.

I love it because it is literally just a big ass sword. No special abilities, no magic, no hidden tricks. It does gain the ability to cut astral creatures due to Guts using it to kill so many demons, but it seems like that could happen to any weapon if used enough You've all heard it before, it's just a "heap of raw iron"

Not only is it satisfying to see flying through the air and cleaving demons clean in half, but it displays Guts character development and past very clearly. Guts grew up fighting from a young age and always had to fight using swords made for adults, so he grew adept at using swords much too large for his size. Now that he himself is grown up, he still uses an oversized sword because that is how he learned to fight.

I would say that this is the most iconic sword in all of anime/manga (along with being a personal favorite), and for good reason.

  I am also a fan of his Berserker Armor, which is why I believe armor is a weapon too.

  Agreed! Considering that Guts uses the armor to bite and claw things apart
  It's definitely a weapon, but it doesn't have the same simplistic charm of the Dragon Slayer in my opinion.

  Only used by Minato, The Fourth Hokage. How he uses it made him known to be the Yellow Flash. Probably one of the only weapons I know used for tactical positioning and speed. Practically makes him untouchable.

My fav is probably Byakuya's Senbonzakura: Also, Unohana's Bankai: _When released, the blade of Unohana's Zanpakutō liquefies into a thick, viscous, dark red substance that flows over her vicinity. Once the majority of the liquid flows off the Zanpakutō, the remainder solidifies into a shortened katana, which can then be used for combat. Contrasting the healing stomach acids of its Shikai, the liquid unleashed by Minazuki (Bankai) functions as an extremely strong acid, capable of reducing a combatant as powerful and physically durable as Kenpachi to a skeleton within seconds of making contact with his body;_

  I was expecting a Bleach weapon sooner or later but surprised it be Byakuya’s. Definitely a powerful and deadly weapon that practically makes him almost invincible. Also can be distractingly beautiful. I do not know Unohana’s bankai yet and will save the surprise if they show it in the next bleach anime.

Gae Buidhe and Gae Dearg (Fate Zero). Spears are the coolest weapons, and Diarmuid is the coolest spearweilder. You can't get any cooler than dual-wielded spears.

If I had to pick I think the coolest weapon I have seen is this one.

The scissor blade from kill la kill.

I honestly find it really cool and unique. If I had it in real life I wouldn't really do anything with it maybe I'll just have it on my wall or something.

I don't really like the anime itself that much, but the Gravity Blade from UQ Holder is freaking good. I love straight forward yet stylish stuff.
