The rules are simple: post a image from an anime but dont include any characters, it could be a location such as a school, town, landmark or any scene from an anime then guess what its from

  Don't worry about it. I'm not really expecting anyone to get this one, unless they cheat and look it up :D It's one of those shows I didn't enjoy that much, but I still stuck around, because a lot of it was gorgeous to look at.

  I only saw the original series, but I guessed Madoka just on the "acid magic" style. It's rather peculiar.
  
  What's the 3rd shot representing? It reminds me from the tale of the 3 brothers, animated in the Harry Potter movies. From that abstract I see some sort of knight that just slashed someone away, with the blue representing the blood.

  I mean that's up to you. I will stand over this film as an absolute masterpiece of audvisual presentation.
  
  As for the other aspects. People have mixed feelings on it, personally I adore it but I won't guarantee you will like it. If you enjoyed the original series, I would argue that you should at least try it, but if you didn't like the main series....it is very different and in a way that makes it really hard to gauge if someone will like it.
