Should I watch or read Bakuman??

Been really interested in the idea of bakuman and have also been told it's a great starter manga, However I am not sure whether it would be better to play or read it?

From your list, you seem to watch more anime than manga, so go and watch the anime.

(Not a spoiler since it is literally episode 1 but) The main heroine works to become a voice actor, so reading the manga without that voice acting would have you missing out on the experience.

from what ive heard the manga has better pacing, delivery and emotion + the anime left out some things so i would go with manga

  Most of the anime (mostly except 25eps ones) leave out some/many stuff of manga. Reading the manga is better after watching the anime since each character's voice will stuck in your head.

I haven't watched the anime, just reading the manga was enough. So neither i'd say.

I suggest reading! The pacing is better, great art, and honestly, a story about writing manga just feels better to read as a manga - although that last part is more of a personal opinion. XD
