by released in japan does that mean therell be a subbed version also airing on that day in america or no

  I don't know, but Funimation has confirmed that will stream it on subbed & dubbed version, same with Crunchyroll.

  They came out same day during season 3 but had to delay midway through the season due to episode leaks

You absolutely love to see it. Does anyone know if it is going to be 12 or 24 episodes or will it be split into two cours?

  don't know if itll be split... but theres ALOT of chapters and alot of action, so prob 2 cour or more
  (i hope 3, i really want them to take their time on the pacing, but most likely 2)

  I thing it will be split to 2 cours........because this is the Final Season, so it will take the rest of the story until the end of the chapter in the Manga, while we know for ourselves that the Manga has not ended

  2 cours simply isn't enough to adapt 40+ chapters of a monthly manga. If it was weekly, sure. But if it ends up being 2 cours expect a bunch of cut content.
