Honestly the relationship between Itadori and the boy you see sitting with him in the intro is revealing itself more, so considering that and the way episode 8 ended the next episode might contain flashbacks of these two.

  I don’t think they met before, it would be really interesting if they did. I definitely can’t wait to see more of this mystery boy, I’ve been waiting for his introduction since the beginning of the anime

Gotta give appreciation for the Maki and Kugisaki dynamic there. They are great ladies with sass in them XD
And we can now finally see Nanami Kento after waiting for his appearance, for him to show himself. Much to look forward to here.
