total anime in overview

Can someone help me understand what the "total anime" thing is? because it says that I have 158 total anime but I've watched 164 anime. I'm new to anilist so I'm kinda confused...

u actually seen 174 because you are currently watching 10 animes

ignore that and go to your anime list, ignore the total and the very top and add the numbers from complete, pause, currently watching, dropped and you get your total number
