fate manga/light novels

I recently watched most of the anime series of fate now I want to know a bit more about the lore, but I dont have time to read the visual novel. but I want to read all the fate related light novels. whats the order and the what are the light novels/manga should I read?

U dont really need order for reading that stuff. At least there are Fate/Zero novel by Urobuchi, and manga like Fate/Strange Fake and Fate Kaleid Prisma Illya

  Tbf the title like Kaleid Ilya and Strange Fake, even FGO are just a mere spinoff which fanbase considered it as canon but in my opinion you dont really need to watch/read it unless you want to. Basically they are just a milking from the original source (Fate stay night) so as long they can used as cashcow they will probably made another series of Fate until nobody know when. So yeah if you want to understand the true lore, visual novel is the best way

would recommend you play the Visual novels instead most of the novels out that are other branches of the nasaverse aren't made for people with little to no understanding.

Besides things like prisma which doesn't need knowleadge before hand.

In the end there is no really set way to "understand" the fate franchise since there is alot to learn from alot of different ends of the nasaverse.
