Haven't watched MHA but as far as I know Deku doesn't drop meteors or rival in raw power a beast that can turn the world to ash or have illusionary powers in eyes or is feared generations after being gone by just mentioning name alone.
So I'd bet that yes, easy slap.

Considering One for All is considered a Quirk where power is passed from one person to the next, Midoriya's victory would really depend on how much he's mastered his Quirk.

...Then again, considering I currently have 3 characters in my avatar and one (Jakurai) has a healing ability, it's definitely Midoriya's loss if he gives them the opportunity to utilise it.

@Greengene: I don't know much about Legoshi's ability in a fight, but it's 3 against 1 in my favour.

  Well, they are (for the most part...?) normal humans, but they wield microphones that influence the mind. That's on top of the healing ability I mentioned, plus the ability to control others (Hifumi) and increasing attack power in exchange for depleting his own and becoming uncontrollable (Doppo) (^ spoilers for anime-onlys), which are also abilities of their microphones.

  well excluding spoiler powers how do their powers influence the mind?

  The Hypnosis Mic series isn't particularly good at explaining how exactly the title stuff works beyond "it affects the parasympathetic nervous system"/"attacks the psyche", but it generally manifests as some kind of mental attack where the effects depend on things like the lyrics and character's theme. For instance, Hifumi's attacks are sometimes rose-themed because his speakers are rose-shaped. At one point in the anime, his verse creates vines with thorns which trap and hurt his opponent.

  I think they both would stand a good chance but if the mind attacks are pretty powerful Legoshi would have a hard time but legoshi is also fast and very strong so he may be able to take them out before they use their mics

@Moriaty100 Deku is definitely a fighting type, so that gives ghost types the advantage. Thus I think a Hex Maniac could indeed beat Deku in a fight.

I can increase my strength to 45 percent for a bit with one for all this would be over.

  Well, if my avatar is a Pokemon trainer, I'm going to assume they'll get to use their Pokemon because that's their only real means of fighting. I think most people would assume the same for any character that fights using summons/familiars/etc.

  Deku is literally weaker than Hua, put some though into it, can he really beat a ghost? The ghost king. literally think about it. Hua is way stonger than deku.

Not in a one on one of course, though the Mind Worms and a singularity laser might do the job, one of those can be considered "my quirk" I suppose, the other one I need to ask permission for to use as a gadget.

  In the frozen bonds OVA we can see, that it is still possible for her to use a super overpowered ability, that she used against Pandora as well (the Ice Crystal thingy, that becomes red)
  That ability sucks the blood out of her Opponent
  
  I can see though, why you have the opinion, that Deku wins. (I probably know more of her potential and abilities, because I watched a lot of Re:zero videos about the strengths and abilities of the characters)

  Don't really trust vs battle Wiki. They aren't that Accurate. (I mean, They once put Marvel comic version of Thor at LARGE BUILDING LEVEL! Even though He has feats that put him WAAAY ABOVE Solar system level)
