That's actually harder than it seems, especially with such a small test group (by which I mean you don't have many favorites and they are different :P)... I can't even say for sure if you're into so called "good" or "bad" boys...Let's try Izayoi Sakamaki. He's a charming lad with a lot of confidence, very protective of his friends, often to the point of preventive strikes against things that would harm them. He may be a little rude sometimes, but never malicious. Is always looking for new challenge or fun adventure and can get a little carried away, but mostly just because of how tired and bored he is of being overpowered.
My actual favorite characters are phos, legoshi and shoya, bakugo because of how well he was done in mha and yuu because shes so cute and my spirit animal

Well, I would still stick with him because he is much less of an asshole than Bakugou, just a really adventurous boy.
But if we need someone more on the straight up good guy territory, for wholesome relationships, there will never be a better option than Io Otonashi. He may be a little oblivious at times, but is a genuinely caring and loving person, who's also always fun to be around. And I swear, there is no one more charismatic than him in anime history xD
