Allow official English volume covers

Since it is already possible to set the official English name for shows and anime as your default in the settings, it would be nice to also have the ability to have the official English volume covers for manga.
Though they are usually pretty similar to the ones in Japanese, it could be nice for those who prefer having the site set to English, to also have those available.
