I love this anime. If only it didn't have that adam guy in it... But other than that it's super fun and the skateboarding is awesome to watch.

I like how Shadow's character has become part of the group and Reki x Langa are so cute- especially Reki's awkward reaction after Langa hugged him

Had to pause the episode several times as I was laughing way too much

Favourite moments:
- Langa's reaction to Japanese-style toilets
- Miya stopping Joe from hitting on girls
- Reki's fear of ghosts
- Shadow being a dad
Skater DIO Adam setting up a tournament. Hmm.
I figured the red-haired lady was the one who gave the location to the police. Wonder how this is going to affect the upcoming tournament?

  realisticlly speaking, there is a very small chance reki and langa will actually be cannon cause thats usually the case
  therefore all the moments with romantic subtext between them are baiting the viewers into thinking/hoping for something thats not going to happen

  i don't know what has been officially stated yet but i'm pretty sure this anime is moving in the direction of a bl anime so i wouldn't be surprised if langa and reki become canon

  So if a ship is not canon the characters are automatically straight? You can still be bisexual (queer) and be single.

i loved this ep so much, i was laughing like a maniac the whole time, the reki and langa moments made me smile and laugh like an idiot. Then that cherry blossom and joe moment when he though he was an actual lady, LMAO THAT HAD ME ROLLING, but honestly...( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

This episode kinda felt like a filler episode. But it was the best filler episode.

i haven't gotten this much pure excitement and enjoyment out of anime in a long time.

like there's a difference between the way i watch a childhood favorite and hyped up anime like attack on titan, and one that i just get so happy and feel good about like sk8. while i wouldn't consider sk8 to be soley a comedy anime, i forgot how much i enjoyed shows like this that don't take everything so seriously.

usually i stick to shows with serious or heartwrenching themes, and i usually stay away from anime like this because it often fails to grab my attention. i don't know what it is about sk8, but i just love and enjoy it so much.

i didn't mind having a beach episode at all, it was really wholesome and enjoyable to watch, and an episode i really needed this week.

it’s incredible how good this anime is, every episodes just keeps getting better and better, i’m sad we’re already halfway through, i can see this anime becoming such a comfort one. this episode was so pure, just what we (and they) needed after adam.. but i can’t help but feel like this is only the calm before a storm. i hope reki knows how amazing he is and he shouldn’t compare himself to langa, before the later thinks so highly of him! i love these two so much, i love watching their friendship grow more and more. joe and cherry’s dynamic is so so fun to watch, and miya is as always the cutest ever.

  ah yes I agree with everything u said. SK8 is simply so fun to be around! If it keeps going how it is now, I'm pretty sure I'll rewatch many times

ive always had a soft spot for beach episodes, especially when they have pan-ups of pink haired babes! we're so lucky to have the director of Free! & Banana Fish working on this since good fujobait is so rare

NOT THAT ANYONE CARES BUT I LOVED THIS EPISODE!!!!!! i wish they showed more reki. like, everyone’s glossing over the fact that reki literally thought langa is better than him. i knew he’d do that man i hate and love being right i’m going to link what i said because i’m too lazy to type it again: here

this show is so much fun I haven't kept up with an anime weekly since Free! I'm glad I got into this. Hope we see more of Adam too, he's a pretty good anime villain

A nice break from all the intense stuff. Reki, Langa, and Miya are so cute! Reki and Langa acting, Langa praying before going into the bathrooms, Miya pretending to be the son of Joe, it was hilarious and I couldn't stop smiling!
