Coolest anime- related thing you've found while thrifting?
idk how many other people on here like to thrift but anyway, i think its really fun and i've found a lot of cool stuff at thrift stores. So i was wondering what are some of the cool things you guys have found secondhand online/at a thrift store??
Ive found:
A set of studio ghibli movies on vhs
All of GTO on dvd
A few vintage sanrio bags
And lots of old pokemon stuff(manga,plushies,cards)
this baby for like less than a quarter of the original price. i used to watch dbz a lot as a kid so its a very cool find.

found a vintage bootleg Evangelion tee a couple years ago, really fucking regret selling it even though it wasn't my size
I volunteer at a charity store and there's another few stores in my vicinity, so I have an entire list (and I bought some of them myself).
I've seen:
- a Giyu gaming mat (Just look at the size of this thing...!)
- complete seasons of DN Angel, Afro Samurai, Aishiteruze Baby, Hetalia (s1) and Hellsing on DVD (someone threw the DN Angel set out, but I wanted it...)
- incomplete collections of Sugar Sugar Rune (clearly a Chinese-language pirated copy) and Witch Hunter Robin (Geneon release)
- Death Note vol. 1 (4 episodes on DVD)
- a Himuro (Kuroko no Basuke) keychain (sadly, someone else threw this out, even though those tiny gachapon keychains normally cost quite a bit once you account for shipping)
- Yu-Gi-Oh cards (I believe it was an incomplete collection)
- a Kuroko no Basuke drawstring bag
- a Mukuro (KHR) uchiwa fan made of plastic (I remember selling this one to a kid and I felt pretty proud of myself for doing so)
- a Sanrio curtain - the kind you find over the door and have to push out of your way with an arm at sushi shops or other stereotypically Japanese establishments, but made of a pink waterproof material. I think it was Hello Kitty specifically.
- various manga volumes, including March comes in like a lion (Japanese vol. 10), Black Jack (Japanese vol. 14), Deadman Wonderland (pristine condition vol. 1, clearly bought from a different store that was having a sale at the time) and 2 volumes (I think it was Japanese vols. 1 and 2) of Basilisk Ouka Ninpou Chou...which is a sequel series, which is why I didn't buy those last 2.
- vol. 1 of a manhwa called Demon Diary which Tokyopop released way back when
