Do you know any anime with a jazzy main theme?I watched Baccano! , Durarara!!, Cowboy Bebop and Gundam Thunderbolt and love all of them

Sakamichi no Apollon is 90% jazz and 10% queerbaiting. It's not has lively as the one you cited though, but there's good jazz standard covers

Kaguya-sama: Love is war openings are to die for. The whole OST is. It's also an excellent anime overall.

Sakamoto desu ga's OST is pretty much jazz-coded, but I'm not sure it'll match what you're looking for.

Finally, this masterpiece both visually and acoustically, Porco Rosso by Miyazaki & Joe Hisaishi. That's a movie but it rules.

  Also maybe you could enjoy Appare Ranman ? The OST is not quite jazzy (some touches here and there, and the OP too) but in terms of rhythm I think it's closer to what you're looking for.
