What did you think of the episode?
OMG, that was awesome.
The episodes however are feeling shorter and shorter.
But the story's evolution is wonderful.
Really wondering who the archdemon dude is and why the mage was so scared of him.
And if so, why let Rimuru become his master.
What will he gain.
So much I want to know!
And only 1 more episode of this season!
that's not the demon first appearance, he has tried to be summoned by rimuru in the first season and was summoned by rimuru's collega from the kid's school in the ova
also the tensura series is still running even after next week ep!!! 9 month's straight!
after the episode next week we will have tensura nikki for 3 month's and then we will have part 2 of this season!
Tensura Nikki Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken
Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken 2nd Season Part 2
This episode was amazing from beginning to end
I love all the new incredible information we got and of course the new character introduction!
I'm really curious what Rimuru is capable of now that he is a demon lord. And from the reactions of the bystanders, he is a really strong one.
Diablo, the new demon servant, looks awesome and I can't wait to learn more about him!
I have mix feelings with the resurrection, but the point of this show is to be wholesome so will keep them with me.
It was really funny when Folgen got killed, not gonna lie.
Also, did they change the voice of Rimuru or it was the sage speaking for him?
but the point of this show is to be wholesome so will keep them with me
wholesome, yes
Indeed, specially if the death lose its purpose, now everyone are "immortal", kinda like in DB when they resurrect almost all the time and at some point, you don't take the deaths seriously.
But I won't get mad about this, it's the kind of show it is anyway.
I don't have this feeling. The resurection was only possible in those specific circumstances.
All died in the barrier, that prevented the leakage of their souls outside (I think it was an anti-magic barrier, and the souls in this universe at least are almost if not completely the same as magicules)
It requires a massive amount of magicules to complete the ritual. I am not sure if Rimuru was full on MP, but I assume he was as this whole world is pretty much based on RPGs and it is common that when a character evolves, he heals and his energy is refilled. But even if he was not, he just sucked all the magicules in the area and all magicules from two greater demons he dissolved (btw, I think that somewhere in the manga is said, that Rimuru has about 10x more MP than he had before becoming Demon Lord).
Correct me if I am wrong...
I am kinda OK with resurrection if there is a proper explanation for it and it's not so trivial as for example a skill, that would be pretty bad.
And then we could call the arc "How convenient!"
Don't get me wrong here, I'm not mad, it's mixed feelings, i love Shion, I felt bad for the death and suddenly they start speaking about resurrections right away, c'mon let me be sad at least for a while, haha.
About the manga you are right about the MP, but they also said that now they are completely invincible and for me that is really boring, even if i still enjoy the show, but i won't take it seriously anymore.
I get it. But those "conveniences" are everywhere in the story. For example when Rimuru went to the dwarven kingdom and rather conviniently there was the best dwarven blacksmith with a problem only Rimuru could help him with and rather conviniently he then went with him a helped him with the thing he was the most suitable for. Im just saying that these things happend before.
I am open for these conviniences in a story if they are properly explained, because, let's be honest, many shows and stories in general has them and do a far worse job at making them believable. The problem is when they are totally random, not explained and in great number.
Don't take the show seriously, just enjoy it to it's fullest that what it's all about ✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧
Have a great day ^_^
I just watched ep 11..and i'm dying for next episode ..i want to know abt mysterios diablo. Also next journey as a demon lord may be next season we can see ..Uuuggghhh!! i'm desperate and hoping for next season soon..i can't wait ....After evolovement ..whooaaa!!! I just got of my chair and started dancing ....'DEMON' huh!!! f*k that sht He looks more like ANGEL get down from heaven.....kyaa~~~the more i watch the more i feel butterfly ticklish in my stomach....
this episode was seriously game changing.. like it was actually perfect omg
rimuru becoming demon slime is so nice too the red eyes suit him so well.. just like benimaru though i too hope his evolution in becoming a demon lord doesn't ruin rimuru's character T____T i hope he maintains his morals and heart and sanity but now with a better world view yk
D-did he just become invincible? And great episode, really excited to see his new ''demon slime'' powers!
At this point he became a being similar to a god. Raphael is one of the highest Archangels in Bible and Belzeebub is highest leader of devils and demons in Hell. I wonder what will happen to the monsters he named and what the gift is all about.
Im guessing Raphael is the perfect form of great sage? And Beelzebub is the perfect form of the skill, Gluttony, it seems. And i dont remember Rimuru naming an monster this episode though, am i forgetting something? And the gift is problably a power up along with a unique skill.
I've misswriten. I meant all the monsters from his country. And with the names, probably. It seems in this series abilities that have their names connected to religion on any sort, are the ultimate perfect forms as you siad. I can't wait to see how becoming a demon lord affected his personality if it did in any way!
Oh no problem. And my guess either he'll become more cold blooded or nothing will change.
He will change his 3 golden rules for sure. And future relationships with humans won't be built with as much trust as before. I mean, he is going to put his friend on a throne of another country so it's basically ruling a kingdom from the shadow. Also he will probably have a looooooong talk with Clayman.
