What happened to it? It used to show up on Anilist and it seems like the page was removed. Sorry if it isn't appropriate to make a thread over it I didn't know where else to ask.
The entry was removed because it doesn't respect our Database Criteria (that you can read here).
In short, to be eligible for our Database there has to be sufficient creative control from the Japanese side but this is not the case for Yasuke, where all the key players are western people.
There's a whole of two westerners working on the project one of which is the composer for the soundtrack, how is that "all key players"?
The character designer has been known to be Takeshi Koike for a while now and none of the staff revealed today is foreign either except for one Korean.
Satoshi Iwataki is the chief animation director, and Takeru Satō is the chief technical director. Kenichi Shima is in charge of sub-character designs, and Minoru Nishida is in charge of world art design and art setting. Junichi Higashi directing the art, Yuki Nomoto is the 3D CG director, and Hyo Gyu Park is the compositing director of photography. Azusa Sasaki is the color key artist, and Mutsumi Takemiya is editing.
