  i am sorry if i am overhyping but gintoki is one of if not the best MC of all time , you will have the time of your life binging gintama and it has one of the best and most satisfying endings in any shounen

  The character writing is very questionable. Let's use Eren as an example, since he's the subject of this thread.
  
  As he's about to die, Eren cries like a little baby because he doesn't want his crush to move on and find love with another guy. It feels like an awful fanfiction, but no, that's some of the final dialogue from a guy I used to call the best shonen MC

  i did a little bit of research after posting this comment, and now i get why people are pissed off.
  it seems like characters have had all this build up, just for that to be thrown out the window completely.
  i also find it kind of stupid that everyone just kinda, came back to life? why waste emotional scenes like that just to say "nah nvm"
