It's so sad that this combination doesn't include Charlotte, and I wonder why ?

The anime website says "and more" so there are going to be more crossover shows/characters to be announced... so there's a possibility. :D

edit: well, Planetarian was a late addition, but looks like that's it... so maybe not.

But if I had to give an explanation, there is no Visual novel I think. And on the picture it's only the adaptions : Little Busters, Clannad, Rewrite, Air and Kannon
