Cowboy BebopAnother good one, which is completely different from Bebop, is Dragon Ball. Unlike the more popular Dragon Ball Z, the original is mostly a comedy series, but still has some good action.

Shaman KingDoes Trigun have any comedy in it? I really want to watch it but I'm bad at watching too serious stuff. Also I'm currently rewatching Shaman King with a friend!
The first half defiantly has comedy Vash in general also likeable and funny which is pretty clear in the first episode...altho it is not comedy focused but you have consistent comedy scenes in the first half and the first half is kind of slow paced but episode 16+ is where is gets more serious and things unfold especially with the mc's background story and pretty sad. It's pacing is kinda like Cowboy Bebop.
You've completed Hellsing Ultimate so why not try this one too.
Oh I think I actually picked the wrong one, I watched this not Hellsing ultimate ahahah but I didn't actually finish it so I might rewatch!
