I am looking for an anime with a beta cuck male mc that gets pushed around/protected by a female main character. Kind of like how Yuno is to Yuki in Mirai Nikki, and Zero Two to Hiro in Darling in the FranXX.

idk but toradora comes to mind but taiga's tsun personality can get too obnoxious imo
kiznaiver..? though the personalities of these characters are pretty extreme & can get off as two-dimensional & dull, but since you like franxx & future diary, that shouldn't be an issue

That covers a lot of anime, so I don't really know what to recommend. If you want something that's airing this season, Daigo from Major 2nd is a complete beta cuck trash-tier piece of shit. He's just terrible at everything.

In Mayo Chiki!, the MC has gynophobia from his mother and his sister practicing their wrestling moves on him. He then gets involved with other girls who fight him or push him around. He becomes good friends with the girl who is pretending to be a boy in order to work as a butler, but her mistress takes liberties with him with the aim of curing him of his gynophobia. There is also a girl who runs him over and a girl who thinks he is gay.
