How to mark episode 5.5 as watched?

So apparently Anilist is counting ep 5.5 as episode 6, but technically it’s not ep 6 so it’s showing that I’m one episode behind even though I’m caught up. Will it get added as a ‘special ep’ later on or something?

I'll send a submission to adjust the schedule so episode 6, not 7, is listed as upcoming.

  I haven't watched the episode yet but I skimmed through it and it looks like it's completely new footage.
  Appears to be a special episode and not a recap.

  the submission note stated that while it is labelled 5.5 - it isn't clear whether it counts towards the episode count total yet, so they're leaving it as is for now.

It is a special and new ep. But, Anilist is counting ep 5.5 as 6 so now even i m always an episode behind

It's notable that this episode was referenced as a flashback briefly in episode 6, so it's meant to have happened sometime in the timeline of the show, so not having a way to record it is an issue.

  Wait, why does it say episode 7 is out? Are we meant to count 6 as 7 and 5.5 as 6?

  Episode 5.5 aired throwing off the anilist count.
  Funimation and bilibili are only on episode 8 right now.
  
  Considering episode 5.5 was completely new content (and not just a recap) I would think it needs to be listed as a special? Or at least a separate listing.
  
  It’s not too annoying now but as we get to the end of this season anilist is going to say it’s complete when really there’s one more episode left to air

yeah, in MAL there is a extra list/section for ep 5.5, i think here should also have one

I’ve been just updating it with the wrong count because seeing the “1 episode behind” drives me nuts. I’m just going to stop now and wait until the finale agh annoying that it isn’t displayed accurately on this website.
