Tied between CoMix Wave and ufotable. One for jaw-dropping art, the other for astonishing animation.
I've seen Fate/Zero and more recently F/SN UBW by ufotable (that's what I'm basing myself on) and on CoMix Wave's side I've seen Garden of Words, and I've heard "5 Centimeters p/ Second" is just as beautiful.
