What have you rated a 10 based on enjoyment but understand why others would not?

Pretty simple, what show do you like so much you gave it a 10/10 but you understand why that might be a little too high for others that don't have the same attachment to it as you?

Example, for me it's Konosuba. I love it a lot so it's 10/10 (both anime and light novel) but I understand why others don't have it in the god-tier. I mean it's despicable but I understand.

It's a really great story and I love it. But the ending was rushed since the publishing company's (Shogakukan) Hibana magazine went out of publication, so I can understand why it may not be a 10.

  Yea if only it was continued. I think the author set up the plot really well it's too bad they had to cut it short. But honestly, we're even lucky to get an ending so I just rated it a 10 even tho I disliked the ending ╮(︶▽︶)╭

Monster Musume one of the funniest anime I have ever seen

This is the only anime I gave 10/10 and i know its biased and its actually not a 10 but i enjoyed it more than anything. Everyone else had a problem with Asta/Story/Animation but I enjoyed it and even though the animation was bad at the start it didn't bore me or bother me alot. I love the cast and story and everything about it so I gave it a 10. But I understand why people won't like it alot.

  Black Clover is one of those shows where even the die hard fans (like me) can see the blatant flaws in it, but it's just too good and has too much charm for it to really impact the experience.

i feel like this one is a hit or miss for a lot of people. if you can appreciate the writing and how the story is paced, you'll like it but if you find it slow/boring, you wont

The only anime I have rated 10 is Gintama. The rating includes both my personal enjoyment and how I view the story from a critic's point of view. I can understand people not giving it a 10 cause the comedy might just not suit their tastes. Also the start is slow and not engrossing right of the bat

its probably more like in the 8-9 range but goddamn this show about two girls in the wasteland impacted me in unexpected ways.

  tbh the only reason i think it would make sense not to give this a 10 is because the animation really isn't that impressive, probably if they made it bubbly like how kyoani does stuff. but thats probably just because of financial reasons

Akame Ga Kill is ranked really high in my book, but most people would see it as a stereotypical shonen and I don't blame them for that.

It's a childish anime at times, but the experience is what makes it a 10 imo. Especially if you also work within the art industry, it's really fun!

the setting, way of narration and how cast was handled, were very appealing for me, but i see why for many people it was just ok (at least from what i've seen)

Yu Yu Hakusho Ghostfiles
it's very trope-y (idk how to spell it), but damn, as a shonen it still holds up incredibily well, like, dark tournament is peak tournament arc

  I love YYH so much. It has some ugly moments—the fight against the transgender demon is particularly painful to watch—but if you can look past those shortcomings, it does so much else so well.

  I didn't mind this fight. This demon wanted to stop them (eventually kill them), so Yusuke did a right choice to pick up a fight, so he and the squad can move forward to save Yukina

Ping Pong the Animation

Ah yes, Ping Pong the Animation. I thought that every second was very enjoyable and every episode was perfect with no wasted scenes. But I do see quite a few people not like it or even avoid watching it because of the artstyle, which I personally really adore since it was adapted from the mangaka, Taiyo Matsumoto, who is my personal favorite mangaka in terms of artstyle. If you haven't already, watch PPTA. With its unique and colorful artstyle, amazing OST and loveable characters, this may end up being one of your favorites.

  Yuasa & co. really did a hell of a job adapting Ping Pong. Great show. I never read the manga, but I did watch and enjoy the live action movie a few years prior. I didn’t expect an anime like what we got, but I loved it.

Love these movies to death. Tho I can understand why others wont since the entire movie series ain't easy to get into due to how the story is structured. You're pretty much left in the dark most of the time and tasked with piecing everything together yourself which many just ain't up for.

  I regret watching these movies on release order as everyone says they should be watched for first timers. Don't get me wrong, the entire series (and these two in particular) are peak storytelling, characters and animation but I feel like I was out of the loop on many occassions due to the already non-linear nature of the story that is just aggravated by the non-linear order of release. I will watch them again chronologically whenever I have a chance. Either way they are all rated very highly on my list (Murder Speculation 2 is a straight 10)

  That's fair. I personally found no issue with the non-linear nature of the first 4 movies but I can definitely see why some may find it difficult to watch it that way.

  Maybe it's because I haven't read the novels that I feel like I'm missing some details xd, but if anything these movies are carried a lot by Shiki's character development and the atmosphere set by Kalafina's score.

  by rating the firts season i rate whole series. so when first and second season of index is around 7.5 (8.5 at best). teh third is 9. and every episode with accelarotor is 10.
  railgun is constantly more or less 9.
  
  and regarding ZnT it's just fits my preference.
  -me being a sub and WW2 enyojer and i just like isekai (like its my biggest guilty pleasure

the biggest complaint is the rushed ending, but to me its a fantastic bittersweet finale that tries to show how quickly you can lose your humanity

I can understand why people wouldn't like how it was handled and wanted a second season or something, but for me its perfect

Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba
This is the only anime I have rated solely on enjoyment.
The animation is great, lovable characters, good op/ed
but the story won't work for many ppl. As for me, it was
my first experience with anime after I got into anime so
if even it was 'generic' everything was new to me

  This isn't about what shows don't you feel like forcing people to like. But we do have those shows that we just think are the absolute shit, and don't really get why people wouldn't like them as much because we just think on every level they knock it out of the park. We can still respect that choice, even if we don't understand it.
