Error with the number of episodes???

There are extra episodes released in the US Blu-Ray, they have never been released in Japan though they do have jp audio

To give a bit more clarification for what wonstein said... AniList and MAL both give the episode count for the Japanese version of the show. Dragon Ball Kai: The Final Chapters was made with 69 episodes and was never intended to air in Japan. When Toriko failed, Toei decided to air it after all to fill the time slot. However, Fuji TV required them to trim the episodes down. My guess is that they wanted something to run where Toriko was supposed to continue to, or they wanted something else, I don't know. Regardless, Toei hastily/shittily edited the first few episodes of The Final Chapters down which is why the episode counts vary.

Since both AniList and MAL are for Japanese anime and not American (or American-released), they go by what the Japanese airing and home media release has instead of the original product that we received as intended.
