  I feel like they really pulled off the world pretty much destroying itself fairly well, gave me a strong feeling of dread.

Definitely the "Whatever happens, happens" from Spike in cowboy bebop.
Potential spoilers: The fact that everything around him was going to shit considering he was pretty much going to die while still maintaining his composure and casually smoking really showed me that this show has such a unique vibe and deserves to be talked about as one of the greats

Girl's Last Tour has some of the most simple, yet hard to learn lessons I've ever learned from media. After some of the first chapters started, the psychological and philosophical aspect really started to kick in, and it changed my opinion on it.

  I've watched the anime and I sadly couldn't really feel much from it, but I want to read the manga, since it seems like a series that gives you a lot to think about. (Plus, I like the existential dread that comes with post apocalyptic stories)
