Should I watch fairy tail or black clover?

Im planning on watching a long but not so long anime, so im thinking of fairy tail and black clover. Which one do you think I should watch and why?

Fairy Tail bc at least the first season is great. Also it has a good OST.

  I've watched a bunch of naruto episodes separarately without chronological order and I gotta say, liked them, but it is just to long, maybe one day I'll watch it.

fairy tails manga is way better tbh, i dropped black clover after like 120 eps or something but heard its good

fairy tail is bad after like 50 episodes, black clover seems a lot more of a basic shounen from what i've heard and seen of it, but it does look great

i would normally say black clover but after looking at your list, i think this is the best time in your anime journey for you to get the most out of fairy tail.

Honestly... Fairy Tail is good but I prefer Black Clover, it has less of the power of friendship than Fairy Tail and well, just seems better done.

Honestly clicked on this expecting very little "Black Clover" comments. But I must agree with mostly everyone else since Black Clover is personally one of my favorites.

You shouldn't watch either yet, but black clover and read it over watching it. Manga is better.

I wantched both and I can honestly say Fairy Tail feels like they just work with friendship cheat codes while black clover just has annoying main characters (which might come off as charming to you).
I dropped both and tried rewatching both, but in that Black Clover won, but not by much as I didn't continue either. Black Clover seems better in terms of substance and character development, whereas Fairy Tail is just "think of your friends hard enough and everything will be fine". BC has some of that too but it's more so God decided to help the dude.

my friends say that black clover is way better, but i haven't watched neither, so i recommend hunter x hunter or monster
