what should i watch?

i started watching anime last year but most of the anime i have watched until now are short ones (13 episodes, 24 episodes) and i wanted to watch a longer anime but i have no idea which one i should start with. any recommendations?

You might want to delve into longer series such as Fate or Toaru, kuma.

One Piece
pros
- its really good
- amazing adventure
- great main cast, side cast and villains
Cons
- bad pacing ( imo its slow, but you can read the manga like me)
- not amazing animations

Monster and HunterxHunter are two must-watch shows that are already on your Planning list.

Gintama is another must-watch not on your list yet. I'm going through it right now, and it's one of the best things I've seen for comedy, drama, and pretty much anything else you can think of.

Hunter x Hunter 2011
Seriously one of the best stories out there. It just doesn't miss.

If you want a wholesome show about magic:
Cardcaptor Sakura
I've been on a Sakura binge recently and it is absolutely amazing and so adorable.
(There's also a sequel series with 22 episodes)

If you want a fun comedy that also plays with your emotions:
Ansatsu Kyoushitsu
One of the best endings to a show I've ever seen while still being immensely entertaining throughout.
(Includes a second season, totaling 47 episodes)
