What do I watch after season 1 of Boku No Hero Academia? Like which Ova comes first? And do I watch them before Season 2 or what?

The OVAs don't have any bearing on each other or the main plot, so you don't have to worry about watch order.

1. Season 1
2. 2 Specials
3. Season 2 recap and episodes
4. Season 3
5. And the movie, which should be airing soon

This is the order:

My Hero Academia
My Hero Academia Season 2
My Hero Academia Season 3
My Hero Academia Season 4
My Hero Academia Season 5

From what I know, yes you can skip the movies and specials. About the ONA/OVA you can either choose to watch them or skip and it won't make that much of a difference.
