  The light novels are better imo, but manga is more accessible.
  
  Actually the manga for Kumo desu ga was made by a man, but the original story is written by a woman.

this is not a romance slice of life thing, this is a story of redemption and it's easily 1 of the best manga series i ever read

idk whats the difference between men and women but to your eternity is pretty good theres an anime for it rn but am pretty sure the manga is just as good also the same mangaka as your voice i think.

There is plenty of talented female mangaka, unlike Western comics where female cartoonists is a recent trend, in manga, they are common since the 1960s decade.
Most of the mangaka that I am reading are women.

Moto Hagio is my favorite author, if you don't mind heavy works, try this one:
