There's something really illogical in here!

Time moves way slower in the God realm than the Planet Seiya is supposed to save. If so, why, when the first villain, the demon general or whatever, threatened to kill the little girl's dad while Seiya was doing push-ups, it was happening as if time was moving at the same speed. So Seiya is doing push-ups while the demon is talking to the little girl as if time flows for them the same way it does for Seiya if 10 minutes is 16 hours. The goddess opened the window to the planet to see what's happening, and the demon was speaking, but not super slow, so how is time moving slower?

  In all seriousness, it's best not to think too deep about it. Every show uses time stuff however it wants without making complete sense. I don't remember much about Cautious Hero so I can't tell much.

We can assume that the demon general said all the before and orb was showing what she said in the past. Since there is no way they could be able to hear a live conversation from someone in that planet. That's what i assumed when i first saw it.

I'm two years too late, but this is how I interpret it:

Time moves slower in the God Realm compared to the human realm, but when someone from the God Realm opens a window to communicate with the human realm, the two realms "collide" (actually "connect" would be a better word) and their respective time moves at the same speed. Once they're done, the two realms disconnect once more and God Realm's time slows down.
