Starting from Naruto Episode 1.
Filler included.

naruto first then shippuuden, you can choose to watch or skip the fillers in both shows, some of them are decent to good but the majority are meh, i would personally skip them

Naruto and then Shippuden is obvious, but the only movie that should really be watched is The Last: Naruto the Movie which should be watched after episode 479 of Shippuden, right before you reach the Gaiden/epilogue arcs. You could also watch it between 493 and 494 as well.
