Saitama VS ?????
Who do you think can defeat Saitama?
If we're being serious here. I think the endgame boss of OPM will be God, probably not the actual religious god, but a being so powerful it oversees the universe. That'll probably be Saitama's final foe and the series ends with either him finally having a fun fight and either him dying alongside God in his final fight where he has fun. Or he wins and realizes there is truly NOTHING in the universe that can beat him. We already know this being exists because of (manga spoilers)

Nothing, the gimmick is that his character is too powerful for anyone to handle. If he goes up against someone stronger he'll just gain enough power to destroy them too.

Reversal Eye
He has a cursed eye that reverses any malice back towards someone. Say if they're going to shoot Kouga, right? Kouga just uses his eye, and the person kills themselves instead. This also applies against Saitama, that's if Saitama took 1 look at Kouga's eye. It's quite hard to say Saitama wouldn't either, since all humans are curious, and so he would probably take 1 glance at the eye when traveling to him. But that's just what I think.
Absolute Order
Literally what it says. His order is absolute. If he tells you to kill yourself, you will. Anything he says goes. You can't go against it.
The anime only displayed 1% of his true power, since it was said that in order for the world to not be destroyed, they had to conceal 99% of his abilities.
And at 1% he's able to control everything living. Even the strongest of opponents can't deny Eiji's will.There was also another character with an Order that basically says "Any ill intent, violence, or malice is forbidden." It prevents anyone from attacking or hurting anyone else. It's Absolute Peace. I can't remember who that character was though.

I actually forgot what her abilities were, but to probably sum it up, she basically wins by losing. She's like Dinomorphias in Yu-Gi-Oh!
She also represents all Shounen protagonists. I mean the strong ones, not the pathetically weak ones.
And yes, Medaka is the strongest character in her series, but I don't know if she beats Kumagawa

Almost exactly the same thing as All Fiction, except for the fact that this guy can never and will never die If he wishes it. But I won't discuss this, as I've never read Dark Horse.
Many disagree with me when I say that we don't know how strong Saitama is and what what he can resist. Therefore in my opinion any battle discussion with Saitama is futile.
Let's say he can't resist magic or abilities like kaleidoscope sharingan or Giorno's stand then stuff of that nature will defeat him
Giorno Giovanna Return to Zero is one of the few things I can think of that just counters Saitama's Limiter
