Tell me which character in anime/manga you relate to the most. Bonus if you say why.
Rin Shima from Yuru Camp. As an introvert who constantly sees introversion being badly portrayed in pretty much every medium, it was a breathe of fresh air to see an introvert being portrayed as someone who can and is willing to interact with others but just prefers to be alone because they can focus better on their thoughts that way.
Watashi from
Yojouhan Shinwa Taikei
i lived the same situation and life style many years ago.
Same for Nishi from
Mind Game
It's metaphorically a similar situation.
A mix of these two characters would be a good shot at my personality I think:
https://anilist.co/character/38005/Homura-Akemi (Akemi Homura, from Madoka Magica)
https://anilist.co/character/89018/Yko-Shiragami (Shiragami Yoko from Jitsu Wa Watashi Wa)
I got compared to her like three or four times, so I guess, I'll go with her ... or with these two girls:

https://anilist.co/character/83017/Shinoa-Hiragi
I can see why Lenalee. I also thought some of her behavior and way of thinking and feeling in general are quite similar to me.
Or to be correct, the quote from one person was "you are like a weird mixture of Shinoa and Lenalee. Small and sarcastic, but ... Lenalee-cute and caring."
I don't even know how to take this, tho this is the most relatable scene / gif in anime history for me anyway XD:
Besides them:

these scenes with Hanabi really hurt my kokoro, because they hit a little bit too close to home. cough
I can't think of a relatable anime character right off, so I'll just go with a couple manga characters.
Natsu from 7Seeds. I'm pretty shy like her IRL. (*ノωノ) If I were in her shoes, I'd have the same worries about dealing with certain personality types and trying to be useful in a survival group.
Hisanobu from Real. It's not his personality that I relate to but his experiences (vehicle accident and rehabilitation). His story really hit home with me.
Gotta go with Molester Man from "Molester Man"
He hella reminds me of myself because of the stupid ass facade he puts on and misunderstandings he gets from acting that way. On the inside he basically overreacts to everything in a hilarious way, like myself. He's also kind of a closet nerd like myself, but we both act somewhat normal in a social setting.
I think Ishida Shoya from Koe no Katachi. I can relate to his past and present. Except I didn't have anyone as special as Nishimiya. :C
