usually i'm a very happy person!! although i do have some physical health issues and they make me a bit sad sometimes but i think mentally i'm doing great and extending my love and good wishes to everyone!! <3
my cat died a few weeks ago and it sent me into a long depressive episode, but one of my old high school friends reached out to me and ive been feeling better since
edit: i also played a game from my childhood that i used to watch on youtube all the time, that helped a little bit

Honestly this years been a rollercoaster, all the bad things started happening at the start of the year. Super depressed then but started looking up midway. At a good place right now
Currently taking medication for anxiety. Hasn't really started making me feel any better yet, but I have only just started taking it. I have also had multiple visits to the doctor in the last few weeks due to other health concerns. Not sure how serious yet. So I have been better.
