well the anime ends in chapter 30.1 of the manga but you should probably read from the beginning

the anime skipped quite a lot of the manga in terms of story. (mainly because the manga IS story focused)

also there's some rape in the manga that didn't make it into the anime

but for a TLDR, anime is a fuckfest and the manga (its censored) is a "tamer" (kind of) fuckfest with more story
