Do you mean excel sheet by averaging the score based on different aspects of the expereince of the anime like 9/10 for music, 9.5/10 for animation, but 6/10 for story, 6.5 for characters, etc? And then finding the average of that being 7.5/10, because theres an option to rate like that on AniList.
But if you're just referring to rating the overall experience and putting the title and score in an excel spreadsheet then isn't AniList and MAL just an excel sheet for keeping track of anime with fancy graphics and a UI?
