Yeah it does honestly the manga has some small ecchi at the start then just stops but the anime is adding way too many extra random shots (This episode had none thankfully) which worries me for the next episode since it will have her brother....
The manga began with a lot of ecchi stuff, but it died off fairly quickly. The director they got for the anime adaptation is one who has a track record of directing ecchi and other suggestive content so I am assuming he may be just sticking to what he knows.
yes, this director worked on little that wasn't anime ecchi
I re-read the beginning of the manga and it's not very different from the anime, the biggest difference is that the ecchi scenes in the manga are less exaggerated than in the anime.
The ecchi parts of the manga died down as the series continued, I think by Chapter 10 it was only ever in the background every once in a while. Considering the director's past, I think he may continue doing ecchi stuff in the anime.
I thought the anime was being more excessive than the manga, but after rereading the beginning the manga has just as much. Its just animation makes it stick out more, and in your face.
