Right before we get some sweet lovey-dovey action, interruption-Kun has to appear...
Well, at least we got some action before it happened...XD
In the end Red says......."Kids, they're not so bad"...well well well what's gonna happen in the future!!

I love the SOL aspects but the demon stuff quickly throws it off

I wouldn't mind if they just focused on the SoL aspect of this show.

The demon side story stuff is a bit meh, but I'm still enjoying the series either way.

This episode really did end up feeling rushed. From what I can remember they changed some stuff from the manga. Like the guards being bribed with money or Red using his disguise skill to look different.
I will say though I'm so happy to see the romantic scene adapted, cause gosh that intro scene was so cute.

Hmmmmm if I'm being completely honest this episode was all over the place, the previous episode did feel like it pave way to more drama and action yet it all feels mashed in. This anime could easily been more Slice Of Life Romance than this odd addition of the aforementioned Drama and Action which we get small bits of.

Regardless, the SoL parts of this episode were really great. Rit and Red are one of the best couples I've seen, and their moments are truly wholesome and surprisingly natural considering many animes take ages for relationships to become real, while in this one things progressed fast but smoothly.

Overall, it was alright.

This show feels to me like it was made to be "light novel's greatest hits!".
If the story developed every conflict so far, this story would be a thriller and a slice of life.
But it seems the show is just ignoring the development and giving the short version.
If the light novel also doesn't develop the subplots, then it's just wasted potential to be honest.

i definitely think that if the show focused more on SOL then it would be pretty fire. And about the romance aspect it’s really refined and not like your typical romance animes, both of leads are mature adults so that just makes it easier to work with i guess.

What a waste of an arc. We knew Bui was suspicious from the get-go so this didn't seem to bring anything to the story. If this was all to bring Belial and friend to Ruti, there were clearly better ways to get there. Also who cares about Ademi or the other useless charas? He's clearly only there as a plot device for Al's character development making him completely uninteresting. I don't want more romance bc I'm not into it but at least it makes sense and is more nicely written and paced. SoL alternating with glimpses of Ruti's party and general villainy being afoot worked better imo. Hoping we get back to this next ep.

Might’ve just been me but this episode’s animation was worse than the others in my opinion (not the romance scenes). Just when it was focused on a character talking it would he very very very bland. The voice could be shouting and the face would just be like :| :o :| :o
