Any anime you've started but can't finish because you were watching it with people and you put it on hold?

It's not just them but for me it's reason why Azur Lane and Nekopara have been stuck in "Watching" Limbo for over year.... Not much interest in either of them (well, I mean, Nekopara had been alright) to watch them on my own outside of the desire to finally put them to bed

Not that I have my episodes cataloged (should really get on with listing everything) but the one I REALLY want to watch more but this has held me back is Seitokai Yakuindomo (was loving that show)

*obligatory, yes I know I could watch these and not tell them, i'm just weird and sentimental like that . _ .;

I had this situation with Asobi Asobase. We were halfway through it when everything shut down last year. We ended up rewatching the whole thing in August, 20 months after we started it.

There's been so many I wanted to watch but my ex wanted to watch them too so I set them aside for us to watch together. And it's been over a year now since I broke up with him and I haven't wanted to watch any of them yet. Does that count?

  Considering on of the unlisted ones I got is a gundam movie that I was going to watch with a friend.... but she was going to watch it with an ex-friend first so we never got to it like.... 10 years later? I'd say yeah, that counts.

I like to watch anime alone, so no. Pretty sure none of my friends are into anime anyway.

Since I prefer watching alone bigtime, it's only happened once.

Just this :) It's been on hold for a few months now. But that's cause the friend I'm watching
it with had a busy semester. She's on holidays now so we'll probably watch it soon. We got
halfway in a few days last time. So it shouldn't actually take long when we continue it.

  In my case it was a weekly thing we did..... then the boat girls went on hiatus and our hang out place shut down with the lockdown with the cats having 3 more to go ^^;

yes, although i can still see and meet up to the point of watcing anime with the person i was watching ghost stories (dub) with we have somewhat lost interest in it, also 19 episodes is probably going to take a lot compared to 12-13 episodes series we are used to watching together

Yeah, I have some anime that I watched with people, but only halfway because of the shutdowns last year. Could've joined in virtually to continue watching with them, but was too busy getting used to doing school from home and I don't really like discord. Now the anime have been on pause for over a year now. May get around to them whenever.

Not any show new show, but my friend went out of his way to ask me to rewatch Violet Evergarden with him and then we watched 3 episodes, I ask him when are we gonna continue and he tells me to stop asking him. It's been about a month now.

About two years ago me and my cousin watched Initial D until about halfway through. The only reason we stopped was because he was trying to get a hold of the rest of it and didn't feel like pirating I guess. Completely forgot about it up until now. Thanks.
