[Spoilers] Teasing Master Takagi-san Season 3 - Episode 2 Discussion

I certainly didn't expect no dialogue/silent scene. The execution is great and reminds me of Tom & Jerry.

This show is going to absolutely murder me with cuteness. My cheeks HURT from smiling so much.

it took 2 seasons but they finally made a good episode

The teasing between them had always reminded me of looney tunes, something like coyote and road runner. So the first segment being silent was really nice.

Well, I was already a huge fan of Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san, but this season is definitly gonna be my anime of the year I think.
That line : "You'd notice some lines are missing" after she tells him that she loves me was perfect.
I definitly hope the season's gonna end on an opening on Moto Takagi-san.

Sad I can't go for a 11/10 so this will be a 10/10 for now. x)

very very cute! The no dialogue scenes are super nostalgic and remind me a lot of the good old days of Tom and Jerry! And the cute and sudden transition from no conversation to suddenly having audio back doesn’t feel uncomfortable or sudden, but smooth and natural! Really looking forward to more of takagi’s antics!!

I loved the classical music in the first segment

I'll say this has been an awkward start to the third season. No idea what we've got coming for episode 3. We've managed to fit in long dream sequences and now turning it into a Tom and Jerry skit. Just about anything is on the table for the next one.

Kind of hoping episode 3 is a bit more stable.

This anime is getting better and better.

They got creative with the scenes with no dialogue. I wish more anime would try that approach.

Good to see more romance too. It's really sweet to watch and these characters bounce so well off each other in those scenes.

bravo on this one. Silent scene was fantastic, and something I rarely see. Using the return of the voice as a punchline was extra effective. Final scene was so damn cozy.

For how chaotic the first episode one was, this one was now tame as the usual stuff we expect. HOWEVER! They still went on a unique direction, I of course refer to the silent scene in the first part of the episode that was executed just like an old silent cartoon/movie, they even had classical music play for us as to announce the emotions the characters are suppose to feel alongside their expressions and animated bubble clouds of what they are thinking/saying. I loved this section so much and it now honestly makes me want a silent anime movie.

The second with the Library was alright, pretty adorable with Nishikata's fondness of dinosaur books, and the straight up love confession from Takagi using the book's writing as an excuse lol. That gave me a huge smile and honestly shocked me for a split second before she would troll not just Nishikata but the audience too.

Lastly the final part, pretty damn wholesome in general, felt very beautiful with the sunset and the emotion displayed from the two characters. Was a perfect way to end the episode.

Very much loved this one a lot.
