Tower of God (very good and interesting)

Devilman Crybaby (must watch if interested at this culture)

The God of High School (trash story but good animations and style)

ASTRA LOST IN SPACE (not bad)

ERASED (thriller with time travel)

Heaven Officials Blessing (good chinese opera)

Kemono Jihen (not finished but good battle shonen)

LINK CLICK (another good chinese story)

The Promised Neverland (only this season is very good)

And in the end i want to suggest an isekai which is of 24 episodes but which i liked a lott:

also, I know you said under 12 episodes but I HIGHLY recommend 91 Days, which is 13 Episodes
