Lol'ed at the check system. Its something I should begin doing.

Loved how the headmaster was initially more interested in the elegance of Loid rather than Anya.

Among the most satisfying punches I have had the elegant honour of witnessing. The headmaster is such a great character.

I’ve been super excited to see elegant Henry animated. His VA is great!

Like many others, I also teared up during the scene where Anya was crying :(

Fun little episode overall as per usual. Pacing is a bit slower, but makes sense as it's loyally covering the manga chapter by chapter.

  For me only the third episode felt slow but that too in a good way because I also like the slice of life parts where it's comforting and wholesome to see the characters mingle and it helps me bond with the characters even more

  The ratings are crazy high did not expect it to be this popular but i got to admit its pretty good and unique take on "Slice of life genre" so i see why. I don't rate till im halfway through but this is at least an 8.4 so far

I swear to god if CloverWorks somehow pulls a Wonder Egg Priority with this show I'll actually jump of a cliff... it's been so long since a seasonal anime excites and amazes me this much, I really can't wait to watch the next episode.

  Well first, its the adaptation of a manga and not anime-original and secondly, they also have WIT with them.
  
  Lastly, the manga is incomplete so they also won't pull a Horimiya in case you were worried.

  I mean, they also pulled a Wonder Egg Priority towards The Promised Wonderland, so... but yeah, having Wit with them definitely reassured me a bit.
  
  Also, my problem with Horimiya was mostly about the source material, so I guess I don't need to be worried about that too LOL

  Could you please explain what means to pull a Wonder Egg Priority (I watched the anime) because I'm not aware of what happened in the source materials, did it part ways with it?

  By that I meant CloverWorks suddenly fucking up the latter half of the show even though the show has been perfect so far; iirc Wonder Egg Priority is an anime-original so it doesn't have a source material, things just fell apart in the end

very good chapter that had very good moments and other very nice ones, let's see that they approved otherwise the anime would end xD, to wait for the next chapter that by the advance seems that a very good chapter is coming.

PS: I really liked the character of henry and the piece of punch that I hit the disgusting professor, for my taste it fell short I would have given him more, the one who makes anya cry deserves the worst

You must be the worst human being on earth to make Anya cry like that... It was so painful to watch, and when in the end she said that she wants to go to school cause if not she can't be with mommy and daddy anymore, at that point my heart did not hold up, and I was the one crying this time. She's so precious and must be protected at all costs.

  Yeah i didnt make me cry but that so sad man. Her past me so messed up. Thats actually something i really like about the show. Slice of life tend to be straight forward almost boring but with this you have a lot of mystery around characters and the plot. I feel invested!

I knew people would dislike Swan from the moment I read the chapter of the manga, and rightfully so. I can understand being bitter about your own marriage failing, but to use that as vitriol against people who haven't done you any wrong and to even take pleasure out of making them suffer, is just abuse of power.

He got what was coming to him in the most ELEGANT way possible.

Poor Anya, I actually felt sad for her. I'm glad Loid didn't punch the fatso and just left the interview, they don't have anything on him now. I'm also happy that the bag of shit got punched anyways tho

It feels like Loid's hard shell is cracking and he's actually becoming a person who feel slove and happiness.
