NANA sub or dub

I already watched the first episode twice in both ways and really enjoyed both versions. I can't decide so I'm wondering if there's something later on that gives a clear edge to one of them. I tend to prefer dubs usually so I'm thinking about going with that but I just wanna hear some other takes before I make any final decision.

hmm, there's alottt of drama that i would imagine is made alot better because of the amazing sub voice acting, but conversely, the songs are in English so depending on how close the dub and singing voices are, that could be better just to keep immersion

  Bad take. The songs are not in English, they're in Engrish. Also, what a stupid reason to choose dub over sub.

  except they are in english, Olivia Lufkin sings in perfect English, the quality is just shit.
  
  "bad take" is a correct take. there IS alot of drama that is made better by good voice acting, and the songs ARE in english. There is no "take" here, its just facts you donkey.
  
  i've not even heard the dub, and i would recommend sub 9 times out of 10. Watching dub for consistency is not a "stupid" reason.

  You're right, English when Reira sings is mostly fine, except Trapnest songs are 90% sung in Japanese...
  
  "Bad take" was referring to the songs part of your comment, obviously, since that's the only part that gives reason to choose dub over sub, you mule.

i strongly prefer the sub ngl, voice direction seems off in the dub.

Both are really well done. However, I preferred dubbed since I felt so much more emotion with it.

I don't really like watching subbed anime as much. I prefer dub as well. I really enjoyed what I watched of the anime for dub.
Olivia Lufkin is an amazing singer in both languages.
