A way to import reviews
Would be nice instead of copy-pasting each

plus idk if that even is allowed, as it goes aginst the rule that ur review got to be fully original and not pasted from somewhere else

Honestly sounds like a pretty minor issue that shouldn't warrant such a push back. I never heard of anyone complaining about people stealing other people's reviews, sounds like some oddly specific matter.

I'm thinking of sharing a review I'm writing on another site, as well as here, and on said other site I have the same username, profile picture and banner as on here. And I even put in one of my posts a link to my profile here.
Obviously not everyone would be in the same position as this, but still, it shouldn't be hard to tell that it's the same person.
Do you have any stats? I doubt stealing reviews is a "major issue". Of course it happens, but I doubt it's common or prevalent enough to be even worth addressing.
You can treat each case on its own.
The fundamental point of migration is to not make transfer a hassle. I think it's pretty important to have as much things imported as possible. The bare minimum is obviously the anime/manga list itself, then progress and rating, and finally reviews.
It's a feature that should be expected when migrating, and I think it's causing more harm than good to not implement it because of the random occurences of "review stealers".
maybe it's not a priority to implement this feature so they haven't bothered? or maybe it's not an option because they don't want a bunch of reviews identical to mal? or they don't like self-plagiarism. i'm sure it's not that serious since this is an anime tracking website and not academic writing, but i'm just guessing
