I feel that the anime loosely adapts the manga. The MC interaction with the strange game (IIRC in the manga it's a suspicious website) is reduced to some tiny flashacks. I wanted to see it completely because the slave owner discount would make sense. I don't remember much but it was either insane luck stat or some skill that grants better treatment in sales or something like that
EDIT: I watched the uncensored version. LOL the censored one not only censored the blood and the ecchi. They even censored the word sex slave. WTF
