I don’t know what to read. Please send help.
Yo. I’ve been reading a ton of manga recently and I’ve exhausted a ton of the manga reserves. At this point I don’t really know what to read.
I could use some suggestions. You can check my profile to see what I like or if you can’t be fucked here’s some general things I like:
- I’m a big fan of comedy
- I like shit that makes you cry (but ideally like a Your Lie in April kind of cry not that existential Girls’ Last Tour crying)
- I really don’t like Isekai unless it’s got a really good reason to be Isekai (See: Ascendance of a Bookworm)
- I really don’t like ecchi unless the underlying plot is really good (it really impacted my ratings of Fairy Tail, Food Wars and so on)
- Optional: I’d like for the manga to be completed. I already have a ton of manga I’m waiting on so I’d rather not add to it, but if it’s really worth it I’ll give it a try.
- Not a big fan of sports but I’ll give it a try if I have to.
Only manga? No manhwa manhua?
I’m not a huge fan of it but I’ll try it for sure. It’s just my first experience with it was tower of god which is aight imo and my second experience with it was Solo Levelling which I really don’t like

And last but not the least, if u like badass overpowered evil kind of main characte than read demonic emperor, it's the best one I have read so far)
Honestly I'm surprised you haven't read Berserk. Don't worry about it being unfinished, it's 300+ chapters. Plus it's getting out of hiatus, so I don't see why not
I tried it out but it felt a bit too dark for me. I don’t mind when horrible shit happens but when ONLY horrible shit happens it kind of tends to take me out of it and lose its impact. I like the balance that Akame Ga Kill strikes where the world is a shithole but you still get to see people being happy

wont talk on it too much but berserk isnt only bad things; a lot of things in berserk suck, the world sucks, the people suck, but id say where we're at rn generally, its happier more often than not. you just gotta keep reading to see what i mean tbh
If you like stuff that's gonna make you cry I recommend Helck or Real. Helck is a fantasy adventure manga whilst Real is more focused on Sports (but the plot doesn't revolve around sports, it's more about psychology). Helck is also funny at parts, It's one of my favorite manga that I've read recently.
Other than what you generally like, I recommend you read Dorohedoro, it's one of my favorites too.
