Just finished and, I'm kinda confused about the ending and what Sakuta was shocked about. I guess that will be revealed in the next EP tho.
From what I understood, she's posting provocative photos and exposing herself online. Nothing on the levels of nudes or anything (from what was shown) but it could still be pretty bad.
Well, yeah. But, on the last photo, Sakuta seemed especially surprised by it. I feel like this is because it may be the Futuba that is living in his house. I'm not too sure about this though. The next episode is going to be fantastic.

Think this is more of the sluttier/bad side of Futaba. The Futaba that Sakuta never knew existed? I'd be suprised about that too I knew some girl like Futaba. Also I agree that this Futaba may be the one staying at his house. That Futaba already lied saying that she doesn't know why she split sooooo there's that
Yeah, im pretty confident about @thoughts57 's comment about thinking that the Futaba who sent those pictures is from the one at the house, but nonetheless if it wasn't, both of them are still the same Futaba in terms of consciousness, so in regards to that, either of their actions and personality are her herself a side we've yet too see perhaps?
The episode starts with a another flashback of a Sakuta meeting Makinohara Shouko. We've already seen it once the second episode, when Sakuta told Mai-san about Shouko, but this time a longer version of the dialogue with Shouko is shown.
After Kaede talking a lot about Sakuta being a siscon, she questions who is Shouko to him, and he realizes that the Puberty Syndrome might be involved. Sakuta calls Futaba, which catches her doing a risque photo of herself in a bathroom stall. Their dialogue has a cute commentary from subtitle authors:
I hear everyone in the world has two doppelgangers.{5-min foreshadowing!}
That's just a common myth.
Yeah, just a common myth. Anyway, no harm's been done so far, right?
I guess not.
Then don't worry about it.
Not only is this foreshadowing for Futaba's split, her words could also be interpreted as her calming herself down. When they leave the bookstore, and talk about the the fireworks, we get the first glimpse of Futaba feeling shame about her own body.
Mai-san is very good at reading Sakuta's emotions, when she visits him at his part-time job.
It's funny how during the phone call in the netcafe, the glass-less Futaba accused Sakuta of showing off having a girlfriend by calling from her phone. When Futaba with glasses immediately admitted her problem, it's nice that Sakuta didn't go all "Told you so" about her previous skepticism about the Puberty Syndrome.
Kaede showed a bit of progress. When introducing herself and the cats to Futaba, she was talking much louder than when she did it with Mai-san in the first episode.
Then we got a bath therapy scene between Futaba and Sakuta. [Minor spoiler for the rest of the season]: the first one, but definitely not the last one in this season
Mai-san doing cute girlfriend things is cute.
It's not surprising that the risque-photo-taking glass-less Futaba was much more talkative and immediately admitted that she had an idea for the cause of the split.
Mai-san's manager doing a double-take about Mai-san having a boyfriend over the phone is hilarious.
Kunimi demonstrated how good of a friend he is by worrying about Futaba when Sakuta showed up at school.
Only on my third rewatching did I notice that Futaba's secret account name, avatar, and the display name "ちょこころね" in hiragana, is a chocolate cornet – the pastry she got from Kunimi when she first met him.
Even though the account is anonymous, her selfies made it very easy to dox her. Her uniform, her glasses, and the science lab table were all clearly visible in the photos. In the subtitles I have, Kunimi's girlfriend calls what Futaba is doing "funny business", but in the Japanese I hear the word yabai やばい, which means "dangerous, risky, risque, off-color, vulgar, highly concerning (in a negative way)" – a much more apt description for how potentially dangerous such selfies can be.
A new version of Fukashigi no Carte is great, as always.
Tanezaki Atsumi (Wikipedia) voicing two different versions of the same character is great. I can't stop being impressed with her range every time. Out of her other roles I've seen, Futaba's voice is closest to Sajuna Inui (Juju) from My Dress-Up Darling. Voice of Yoshida Serina from The Dangers in My Heart is close too.
