How much more can this series get.
They dropped us a nuke in a single episode. so much to process and I still cant get over with it

  If you're talking about the part before OP song, yes it is anime original (at least what's been shown, the info shared in that scene is still pretty much the same with what was shared in the manga) ^^

This... This is what I loved about the opening episodes. A sense of despair, which was lost after around episode 5 due to Shinpei's ability. I loved all the twists we got but this one hits hard, just like those first episodes.

Shinpei folded like a bitch this episode. Him hesitating and not being willing to get the job done made Ushio expose herself.

I just hope this isn't really the end of Ushio! I have a couple theory's of how Ushio might be able to survive [within spoiler is just one theory, so read only if you like that kind of thing]one of them being the fact that Ushio's true body is Shimpei's eye.

Just hope my favorite character isn't gone for good! I definitely enjoyed the episode though!

  my theory is this might be a sort of awakening within shinpei that might allow him to render ushio back into the current timeline. but, since there's still 7 episodes left... that might be a little too powerful of an ability for him to have with quite a number of episodes left. so, who knows?

The way they handle extremely high tension moments in absolute silence shows the director of this episode has a massive brain, this show is incredible.
