Consistent animation. The quality of animation drops dramatically when an anime releases weekly with no breaks (i.e: One Piece obviously). If the animation suffers, the studio should take more breaks even if it means sacrificing deadlines/ releases. I'd rather have an episode a week or two later than an episode where you can clearly see the different frames.
